Drive continuous improvement of quality
Supervise new project and product introductions
Supervise quote process
Evaluate new machine, tooling, and fixturing decisions
Help with space planning.

10+ years of machine shop experience with intimate detailed knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques. Strong consideration will be given to candidates already living in the greater Charlotte area but candidates willing to relocate to the area are also encouraged to apply.
